About the Artist

Heidi has been in professional photography since 1998. She is known to captivate the expressions that make your day memorable like the first look of the bride, the father's soft bittersweet smile, the groom's look of amazement and joy, and the flower girls innocence of the whole day itself.

Heidi's photography's approach is that of traditional color wedding photography along with candid black and white photography. She works in an unobtrusive manner with as little prompting posing as possible. This allows them to capture moments that are truly special and unique to you and your family.

Heidi makes an effort to learn about what you want and what is important to you, then focuses on those details by sitting down with you at a personal appointment where you can discuss and plan for those details. She usually likes to start with the getting-ready shots a couple hours before the ceremony to capture those priceless memories.

Engagement sittings are available where we travel to a destination within the metro area of your choice and spend approximately 30 to 40 minutes shooting a variety of natural setting pictures. This will provide both beautiful pictures for you to display on your wedding day as an album or as a sign-in portrait. It will also offer you the opportunity to get acquainted and comfortable with her as your photographer so you will be more at ease on your wedding day in front of the camera.

Important to note also is the fact that many hours are spent after the wedding day making your pictures the best they can be, by editing and choosing the best possible pictures to display in your wedding proof album, her time spent involved in your wedding does not end at the reception.
